Delivery Policy

Delivery
If your delivery address is outside of Ireland, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you wish to query this further or seek clarification we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

If goods are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 10 working days, you have the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products together with any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on delivery of the products. You will receive a mail indicating that your order has been shipped.

The price of an individual item does not include delivery charges. Delivery is charged in accordance with the information displayed on the Site. Delivery charges may be amended at any time to reflect a change in costs. Very large orders may incur additional delivery charges but this is very rare. Should this occur we would contact you to seek your agreement prior to dispatch. We constantly strive to provide the best cost effective way of delivery for our customers. However in some instances our company no control over these costs.

We use a third-party postal or courier service to deliver goods and therefore specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and telephone details for delivery purposes. Our company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall or damaged goods, of which you become aware, must be notified to us in writing within three days of the receipt of goods.

Delivery times

Please note that if your item is no longer in stock or at busy times such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. We will contact you with details on when you can expect your order to arrive. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for guaranteed next day delivery and we will advise of the relevant delivery charge. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

Delivery time frames:
Ireland & UK: Recorded standard postage, all items within 10 working days.

If you are not there.
If you are not there to sign for the delivery of your order, if it has come by courier, they will attempt to contact you by the phone number you provide, if this is unsuccessful a note will be left advising you of a phone number to contact the courier. Please note that if you fail to contact the courier within a certain length of time (usually three days), the order will be returned to us. If it has comes by AnPost postage to within Republic of Ireland it will be held awaiting you to collect in you local depot for a period of time which will be indicated on the notice left at your address. After said time it will be returned to us. If your order is returned due to nobody available to sign for it - we are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.
